Problem:

Sometimes the Navi2Coach cycling computers don't seem to charge when first plugged in to the USB charging port.

Solution:

While the unit is plugged into your laptop or wall outlet, press the RESET button on the back of the unit with a pen tip or small pin. The unit should then start charging. Note: usually this only needs to be done on the units first charge.
