InfoCrank Support

Hi,

I've had my Infocrank for about 3 months now.

My left crank intermittently loses power for 5 minutes every couple of hundred kilometers or so. 

Shown in the image attached.

The batteries are the original, done 125 hours.

Any idea whats causing this?
